It's weird that I cannot use the services 'convert Text from Simplified to Traditional Chinese' in word for Mac 2011 on Mac OS 10.8.2, but this service can be used in all Mac applications such as textedit and pages. This service works fine in OS 10.7.5.

Fonts from Jeremy Tankard Typography (Aspect®, Bliss®, Bliss® Pro, Capline®, Enigma®, Fenland®, Kingfisher®, Shire Types® Shire Types® Pro; Alchemy™, Shaker™, Trilogy Sans™, Trilogy Egyptian™, Trilogy Fatface™, Wayfarer™) will be emailed directly by the designer.

I did some investigating after I read your post. I'm not sure I came up with any useful results. STHeiti is a simplified Chinese font that comes with OS X system discs dating back to Jaguar. It doesn't seem to be available for sale from anyone -- at least, it isn't for sale under the name STHeiti.
What you might want to do is log on to fonts.com and explore the simplified Chinese fonts they have for download. You can find them right here.
